Service Description

Terms & Conditions: All children must be accompanied by an adult, over the age of 18. Bookings at NCT Play Café are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your time slot, please contact us 24 hours before your allocated time and we will be happy to help you reschedule for another session where possible. Accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children in the soft play area. The sessions are not supervised. Accompanying adults are responsible for the behaviour of children. Behaviour such as hitting, biting or bullying will result in your session being ended early and you will be asked to leave. Soft soled shoes or 'grippy' socks should be worn by children during the session. All soft play items and ball pit contents should be kept in the play area and not removed to café or toilets for any reason. Although all due care and attention is given to making your visit as safe and enjoyable as possible, Newmains Community Trust cannot accept liability in the event of your belongings being lost, stolen or damaged during your visit. Any accident or incident or broken/damaged play equipment should be reported to a member of staff immediately who will try to help you. Our café provides excellent service and refreshments for your enjoyment. Please refrain from consume your own food or drink on the premises. Please note, all hot food orders should be placed no later that 45 minutes before the session ends. Any adult or child who has been unwell in the past 48 hours or who may have suspected Covid, should not enter the premises for the health and safety of all others who use the building. We enjoying seeing photographs of children enjoying play sessions, however please ensure you only photograph your own child or have permission from the accompanying adult of any other child in the photograph. Sessions end at 11.30am please endeavour to leave promptly as the area is used for other purposes through the day and requires to be cleaned before the next session.
